The Simpsons Movie is Confirmed
According the reports, Twentieth Century Fox has confirmed speculation that there will be a Simpsons movie. The announcement was made through a brief trailer shown before Ice Age 2: The Meltdown in the US. The Simpsons Movie will come out to the screen, July 27, 2007.
The long-running animated television series created by Matt Groening and developed by James L. Brooks is currently being adapted for the big screen at Film Roman Studios in Burbank. TV series “The Simpsons”, which was renewed for another two years, has been on television since late 1989 and won 21 Emmys so far is the longest-running primetime series on television today and the longest-running animated series in history.
