According to MTV, the screen celebrity Jessica Alba will host the 2006 MTV Movie Awards ceremony. Jessica Alba is also up for three nominations at this year’s event including “Best Hero” and “Best On-Screen Team” for her performance in the Fantastic Four, along with “Sexiest Performance” for her role in Sin City, a film also up for “Best Movie” honors. The MTV Movie Awards will be presented at a ceremony in Culver City, California on June 3. They will be shown on MTV the following week. Here are the nominees of the 2006 MTV Movie Awards.
