Rosanna Arquette

According to contactmusic, actress and film-maker Rosanna Arquette who is known for the pop documentary All We Are Saying and Searching For Debra Winger, is curenlty making a documentary on male menopause. It was about time someone to touch this subject. Well thought. I am looking forward to see the movie! Funny Games

According to the news, Austrian director Michael Haneke will direct a Hollywood remake of his most controversial movie, 1997 horror movie Funny Games, starring Tim Roth and Naomi Watts. The drama/thriller was a success at the European box office being nominated for the Palme D’Or at the 1997 Cannes Film Festival in France, however Funny Games barely registered in the US. The movie it’s about two well educated young men who approach a family on vacation. The two are, apparently, friends of the neighbours, but soon the family will be imprisoned and tortured in a very violent way, which the viewers are forced mostly to imagine. For the remake it is unknown whether Haneke will turn again to the violent scenes of torture that characterised the original movie, Funny Games.
