According to the news, Spanish Celebrity Penelope Cruz is taking a break from her movie career only so she can start another one behind the camera. Apparently Penelope wants to choose her next leading role carefully and at the same time developing her own film making projects. The beauty Penelope Cruz - who is the face of new Telescopic mascara from L’Oreal Paris - was inspired to become an actress after watching a film by Pedro Almodovar when she was only 13 and as you can imagine Cruz was amazed and overwhelmed when the filmmaker offered her a part only three years later. Hopefully her decision to go behind the camera will turn up to be a good one, because there are many more men than women who succeed in this field.

(I will) read material, be a little bit more picky with what I do next, try to spend less time on a movie set and more time creating and developing things. I bought the rights of a book last year and I’m a very persistent person so I feel like I can put a lot of my energy into that and not spend the whole year on a movie set, maybe shoot a little less and use more of my time for other things.
