The movie, written by Keira’s mother, tells the story of Thomas and his wife Caitlin (Lindsay Lohan) who are subjected to a machine gun and grenade attack by childhood friend Vera Phillips (Keira Knightley) in a new movie about famous Welsh poet Dylan Thomas and his wife, Caitlin. While additional castmembers have not been announced, at the helm of Best Time of Our Lives which is based on the true story will be John Maybury. Filming will start in the US early next year and the film is scheduled for release in 2008.
