Babel Tops List Of Golden Globe Nominations

Babel

The 64th Golden Globe nominations has been announced recently, “Babel” - starring Brad Pitt and Cate Blanchett, topped the list with seven Golden Globe Awards nominations. The movie is up for Best Drama, Best Supporting Actress for Adriana Barraza and Rinko Kikuchi, Best Director for Alejandro Gonzalez Inarritu, Best Supporting Actor for Brad Pitt among others.

Among other movies, Martin Scorsese’s thriller “The Departed” is nominated in six categories including Best Drama, Best Actor for Leonardo DiCaprio, Best Supporting Actor for Jack Nicholson and Mark Wahlberg, Best Director for Martin Scorsese and Best Screenplay for William Monahan.

The winners will be announced on January 15 in Beverly Hills.
