Sony Pictures set the release date of the last Resident Evil movie for 21 September 2007. The third and final installment of the franchise. The movie “Resident Evil: Extinction” is based - as you already know - on the wildly popular video game series and picks up where the last film left off. Alice (Milla Jovovich), who’s hiding in the Nevada desert, once again joins forces with Carlos Oliveira (Oded Fehr) and LJ (Mike Epps), along with new survivors Claire (Ali Larter), K-Mart (Spencer Locke), and nurse Betty (Ashanti) to try to eliminate the deadly virus that’s turning humans into undead. Since being captured by the Umbrella Corporation, Alice has been subjected to biogenic experimentation and becomes genetically altered with super-human strengths, senses and dexterity. These skills, and more, will be needed if anyone is to remain alive.

Personally I am a fan of the entire series, both movies and games, so I can hardly wait for this horror release of Sony Pictures.

Indiana Jones

A team called “Screen 7″ mainly formed of college students is working on a free point and click game based on the Indiana Jones movies. No certain information is provided yet, but the game, which will be free to download and play, will probably be released this year after being under development for almost 5 years. The storyline is original and game will not be linear, so you will be able to choose your path through the game. The graphics engine used is Adventure Game Studio (AGS).

The game, Fountain Of Youth (known by many as FoY) is a freeware point and click adventure game with a similar style to the classic LucasArts adventure, Fate of Atlantis. It is being developed by an international team of enthusiastic fans of both Indiana Jones and point & click adventures.
