Revolution Studios released a trailer for the upcoming movie “Next”

Revolution Studios released a trailer for their undergoing movie “Next”, a science fiction/action thriller based on the Philip K Dick story, “The Golden Man”. According to the film’s official site, Gary Goldman adapted Dick’s story for the big screen. The movie gathers actors like Julianne Moore, Jessica Biel and Nicholas Cage. Paramount Pictures’ sci-fi thriller Next is directed by Lee Tamahori (who also directed Along Came a Spider, Die Another Day and xXx: State of the Union) where Nicolas Cage plays a man who can see into his own future. Pursued by the FBI, for his abilities in order to prevent a global terrorist threat, Nicolas finds himself in a situation where he has to choose between saving the world or the woman he loves. Steven Spielberg to make a Sci-Fi movie

According to Variety, Paramount Pictures and and one of Hollywood’s most successful directors Steven Spielberg will team for a space travel movie about a group of explorers, black holes and gravity waves. The untitled Sci-Fi movie will be produced by Lynda Obs, while the screenplay is not yet written. As you can imagine the movie project will be a long-term one especially that physicist Kip Thorne, one of the world’s leading experts on relativity, wrote a treatment for the film.

Spielberg’s next directing movie project will be a fourth installment of the Indiana Jones series with Harrison Ford, and he is also set for a drama about the life of Abraham Lincoln, inspired by a book by Doris Kearns Goodwin.

Josh Hutcherson to play in 3-D Journey movie

According to The Hollywood Reporter, 13-year-old boy Josh Hutcherson will star opposite Brendan Fraser in the movie ‘Journey 3-D’, which is scheduled to start shooting on June 10 in Montreal. Josh appeared in Zathura and the upcoming Robin Williams comedy RV and now has signed to play in a movie which will be directed by Eric Brevig and produced by Charlotte Huggins.

The movie ‘Journey 3-D’ is a modern remake of the Jules Verne science fiction novel ‘Journey to the Centre of the Earth’ and follows the story of an expedition in Iceland made by a scientist(Fraser) and his troubled nephew, (Hutcherson) in which a series of adventures takes them to worlds in center of the Earth.
