Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie

According to a new report, Hollywood Celebrity couple Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie has teamed up for a TV series being their first production together for TV network HBO. The media reports that the yet untitled drama follows aid workers as they travel and help the less fortunate and as well centers the political challenges faced by international aid organizations. The Celebrity couple are more than suitable for producing the HBO series, as they both have abroad experiences, and know there are people who risk their lives working for humanitarian organizations. Angelina Jolie has been a goodwill ambassador for the UN’s refugee agency, traveling from place to place to help refugee people and next to Brad Pitt, they have also supported a number of international aid organizations through their Jolie-Pitt Foundation.

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt’s project will certainly be a controversial one, the Hollywood actor will serve as executive producer on the project with the help from to Scott Burns, who will also executive produce and write the pilot.

Angelina Jolie

In her busy schedule the Goodwill Ambassador Angelina Jolie is looking to add television to the agenda by making a new project. The actress has in mind to produce a drama about humanitarian aid group Doctors Without Borders and hopes HBO will buy it. Angelina’s new TV project reminds of a documentary show The Diary Of Angelina Jolie And Dr. Jeffrey Sachs In Africa which I saw on MTV. The half an hour special episode of the Diary series followed UN goodwill ambassador Jolie and UN adviser/economist Dr. Jeffrey Sachs as they traveled to Sauri. Sachs’ UN Millennium Project team was working to end poverty, hunger and disease afflicting the area.

Jolie wants to produce a drama about the humanitarian aid group Doctors Without Borders. They’re hoping to sell it to HBO. Brad (Pitt) and Angelina have been supporters of ours for a long time. They have been meeting with us to learn more about our work. And they have been meeting with other people about a possible project.

Sopranos Emmy

“The Sopranos” walked away with three awards, including the coveted “Outstanding Drama Series” honors recently at 59th Anniversary of the Emmy Awards. The HBO series was lucky to win the award, as it rarely goes to a show that has been canceled. The other two trophies were for “Outstanding Directing in a Drama Series” and “Outstanding Writing in a Drama Series.” As a recall Sopranos’ five cast members were nominated for individual Emmys, but none of them got their honors for their categories. Check out the full list of winners this year Emmy awards.

This amazing cast is what it came down to. It really is all about them.
