Robbie Williams and David Beckham to join Desperate Housewives?

According to the news, Desperate Housewives’ creator would love to bring Robbie Williams and David Beckham to play gay couple in the series. Marc Cherry is inviting Beckham and Williams to play a gay couple who move into Wisteria Lane. The Celebrity couple David and Victoria Beckham came to conquer the US last month, this will be a good chance for David to show he does have a sense of humour. The soccer recently turned down a guest appearance on The Simpsons to appear as himself in The Simpsons, because he is still bitter over an episode that poked fun at his alleged affair with Rebecca Loos, three years ago.

David and Robbie are perfect to star as a gorgeous, eccentric couple flown over from Blighty. They’re both funny, game for a laugh and ridiculously macho, so it should work wonderfully - the English are pitch-perfect at sending themselves up.

‘Sex and the City’ series to become a movie

Great news for “Sex and the City” fans, the long-running HBO series will finally be turn up into a movie as the New Line Cinema is close to a deal to finance and distribute the film in association with HBO, Daily Variety reported. The cast of ‘Sex and the City,’ Sarah Jessica Parker, Kristin Davis, Cynthia Nixon and Kim Cattrall, will reprise their roles while Michael Patrick King, who executive-produced the series, is set to direct the movie. John Smith, a representative at New Line Cinema did not provide further details. Rumors are saying the making of a “Sex and the City” movie has been considered since the show ended but it has been said that Cattrall (Samantha Jones in the series) the delay the project by asking a higher salary and creative input.

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt return to big screen for Wanted and State of Play

According to the news, Hollywood Celebrity couple Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are reportedly going to return to the big screen starring in separate movies. AFP agency claims that Angelina Jolie is set to play a killer in an action movie called Wanted while Brad Pitt will play the role of an investigative journalist in the movie called State of Play.The movie is the US movie adaptation of hit British TV mini-series State Of Play and Brad Pitt’s version of the project will start filming in November and will be directed by the moviemaker Kevin Macdonald.

Angelina Jolie Universal Pictures’ action adventure film, Wanted (which is due to begin shooting in Eastern Europe in May) is an adaptation of a novel with the same title. The actress will star alongside James McAvoy and Morgan Freeman with Timur Bekmambetov as director.

In other Celebrity news, Angelina Jolie adopted a three-year-old boy Vietnamese boy named Pax Thien and promised to become a stay-at-home mother.
